Free 30-minute consultation in the Affinity Speech and Language Services office or by phone.
Individual Therapy:
$130 per 60-minute session
$95 per 45-minute session
$65 per 30-minute session

Evaluation/Assessment Fees:
$1,200 Comprehensive Speech-Language Evaluation
$600 Stuttering comprehensive, formal evaluation with report
$400 Articulation comprehensive, formal evaluation with report
$130 Articulation screening for one or two sounds with no report
Payment Policy:
Check or credit card payment accepted after each session and is requested to be paid within fifteen (15) days of invoice. If a balance is more than one month past due, therapy services may be ceased until your balance is paid.
Cancellation Policy:
All appointments that are missed without notification 24-hours before will be charged $75 for the missed appointment. Patient will not be seen if late cancellation fee has not been paid.
In case of emergency (sudden illness, death in family, hospitalization, emergency doctor visit), appointment must be cancelled as early as possible prior to appointment time. There is no charge for an emergency related cancelled appointment.
Insurance Payments:
We are a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance as payment. Please check with your insurance company and HSA (Health Savings Account) for specific coverage and reimbursement policies.
